These terms govern your use of the Vina Maker website and purchases from our store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by Vina Maker LLC, a company registered in the United States at 2210 SW 21st Ter, Miami, FL 33145, United States. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vina Maker LLC.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Parents or guardians allowing a minor to use this site accept responsibility for their activity.
2. Products and availability
Vina Maker offers footwear for everyday wear, including sneakers and other shoe styles.
We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly as they appear in person. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish between a product photo and the actual item are not considered defects.
Products are subject to availability. We may discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
We may limit purchase quantities and refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
3. Prices
All product prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) on the product page at the time of purchase. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
The amount payable, including applicable shipping fees, is shown before you confirm your order. See our Shipping Policy.
If a technical problem causes a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you if this occurs.
4. Payment methods
We accept PayPal, which also supports credit and debit card payments. At checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment page to complete the transaction.
Payment information is securely processed through PayPal. We do not store credit card details on our servers. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and complies with PCI-DSS security standards.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. If payment cannot be processed, we may cancel or hold your order until the issue is resolved.
5. Orders and cancellations
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding United States public holidays. Once shipped, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Order cancellations
You can request cancellation within 2 hours of placing an order. Cancellations accepted within this period receive a full refund. Email cs@vinamaker.com or call +1 914-214-1275 within the two-hour window.
After this period, preparation may have started. You can request a return after delivery under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Order refusal
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, use stolen payment methods, or violate these terms. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
6. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled through our production and fulfillment partners using the shipping options available at checkout.
We deliver to the United States and international destinations. Standard shipping costs $10.99 USD per order, with estimated tracked delivery within 7–14 business days after processing. Express shipping within the United States costs $15.99 USD per order, with estimated delivery within 3–6 business days after processing. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Eligible international destinations may also offer carrier-calculated shipping services, with available options and prices shown at checkout.
Tracking is emailed when your parcel ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or incorrect address details. See our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and refunds
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items with their tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. This period does not limit applicable statutory rights.
Customers pay return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

8. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, product photos, logos, graphics, and design, belongs to Vina Maker LLC or its content providers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of this site or its content without our express written permission.
9. User content and reviews
If you submit content such as reviews, comments, photos, or other materials, you grant Vina Maker LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it in connection with our business.

Step 2: Formal dispute
If informal resolution fails, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida, United States. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations before formal proceedings.
16. Governing law
These terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
17. Severability
If a provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
