Intellectual Property Rights Policy

Vina Maker sells footwear through its website. We respect intellectual property rights and accept copyright, trademark, and related claims by email. If you believe content on the Vina Maker website infringes your rights, use the procedure below.

A. Reporting intellectual property infringement

Vina Maker's policy is to block access to content, including text, graphics, and photos (“Content”), that it believes in good faith infringes third-party intellectual property rights after receiving a compliant notice, and to remove content and discontinue service for repeat infringers.

If you believe Content on or accessible through our website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a notice to the designated agent containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property claimed to be infringed, including registration numbers, if applicable.
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing Content: explain how it infringes the identified work or rights and where it appears on or through our website, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  3. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. The electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act for the rights holder.

B. After a compliant notice is received

Vina Maker's policy is to:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content.
  2. Notify the member whose Content was removed or disabled.
  3. Remove allegedly infringing Content from repeat infringers and terminate their access to the service.

C. Submitting a counter-notice

If the notified member believes the removed or disabled Content does not infringe rights, or they are authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law to post and use it, including as fair use, they should send the designated agent a counter-notice containing:

  1. Identification of the removed or disabled Content and where it appeared on our website before removal or disabling.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that they have a good-faith belief the Content was removed or blocked because of a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district where their address is located or, if outside the United States, the district where Vina Maker is located, and accepting service of process from the person who reported the alleged infringement.
