Cancellation & Modification

Please kindly submit an order adjustment and/or cancellation request within 2 hours since your purchase via cs@vinamaker.com for support.

• You will get 100% refund if cancellation time is within the allowed time ( 2 hours after placing your order) without any fee
• The order can not be fully refunded if the cancellation request is sent after 2 hours Adjustment might be charged an additional amount which depends on the type of adjustment
• The support department will quickly confirm about this cancelation and handle your refund amount as we accept it as valid request. It normally be taken 8 - 12 hours
• The refund will be issued via your original payment method with our store after 5 to 7 business days.
